Rules for using the MerkezCore public website — product information, demo requests, and the public certificate registry. School product access is covered by a separate customer agreement.

About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MerkezCore public marketing website operated by Arsion Tech (“MerkezCore”, “we”, “us”).
By browsing this site, submitting a contact or demo request, or using the public Verify Certificates page, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is for
This website explains MerkezCore, shares product information, and provides ways to request a demo or contact our team. It also hosts a public certificate verification page.
This site is not the signed-in school application (web ERP, Ustaz App, or Family App). Access to those product surfaces for a school is provided only under a separate customer agreement and school credentials.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or overload our systems, scrape content at abusive rates, submit malware, impersonate others, or use automated tools to flood the contact form or verification registry.
We may rate-limit, block, or refuse requests that appear abusive or fraudulent.
Contact and demo requests
When you submit a form on this site, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the form only for genuine inquiries about MerkezCore.
Submitting a request does not create a customer contract, guarantee pricing, or commit either party to a deployment timeline. Any commercial engagement requires a separate written agreement with the school or organization.
Public certificate registry
The Verify Certificates feature lets anyone check whether a MerkezCore-issued serial or QR token matches an official record (valid, revoked, or not found).
You agree not to use the registry to harass individuals, attempt mass enumeration of certificate numbers, or misrepresent verification results. Only certificates marked valid may be offered for public PDF download, subject to rate limits and platform controls.
Verification outcomes reflect the issuing school’s ledger at the time of the check; schools may revoke credentials after issuance.
Intellectual property
MerkezCore names, logos, product creatives, screenshots, copy, and site design belong to Arsion Tech or its licensors. You may view and share public pages in the ordinary course of evaluating the product.
You may not copy, republish, reverse engineer, or commercially reuse MerkezCore branding or creatives without prior written permission, except where law expressly allows limited use.
Third-party links
This site may link to related properties (for example the school Sign-in portal or Arsion Tech’s company site). Those destinations have their own terms and privacy practices. MerkezCore is not responsible for third-party content outside our control.
No warranties on marketing content
We aim to keep product descriptions accurate, but marketing pages may change as MerkezCore develops. Screenshots, workflows, and feature lists are illustrative.
Features available to a particular school depend on the agreed package, configuration, and regional readiness. Nothing on this site is a warranty that a specific module will be enabled for every tenant.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Arsion Tech and MerkezCore are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this marketing website or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ethiopian law or other mandatory rules that apply to you.
Customer product agreements
If your school licenses MerkezCore, the customer agreement, order form, and product policies control service levels, data processing, fees, and support. Those documents prevail over these public-site Terms for product use inside your tenant.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere. Courts in Addis Ababa have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this public website, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
